Through conversation, intuitive guidance, energy healing and deep presence, we work closely with what is alive in your life and what is ready to be seen, softened or transformed.
Each session is shaped around you, offering space for emotional processing, new perspectives and a deeper connection to yourself and your inner direction. For in-person sessions in Stockholm, craniosacral therapy may also be woven into the process when supportive.

For over 20 years, I have devoted myself to the art of healing – weaving together bodywork, craniosacral therapy, energy medicine, and intuitive guidance.
My work is rooted in the understanding that true healing happens when body, soul, and energy are invited into harmony. Through Awaken Your Inner Light, I create spaces where you can release what no longer serves you, land in your body, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
