My Journey

My name is Sofia Saglind – holistic therapist, intuitive mentor, and founder of Awaken Your Inner Light.

For more than two decades, I have explored the meeting point between body, energy, and soul – through thousands of sessions, retreats, lectures, and workshops. My journey began in Stockholm, grew roots in Vaxholm, and is now expanding to Mallorca.
Always with the same intention: to hold safe, soulful spaces where healing and transformation can unfold.

A deep love for humanity has always been at the heart of my life. It is my greatest driving force when I meet my clients. To me, spirituality, body awareness, and inner growth are what nourish our souls with love and guide us back to wholeness.

I believe that to grow as human beings, we need to truly know ourselves. When we understand our inner world, we also begin to understand others – and can meet life with presence, acceptance, and compassion. This is also how we learn to set boundaries and live with integrity: we become leaders of our own lives.

I have always followed my heart and intuition – both professionally and personally. It’s not always the easiest path, as many who walk this way know, but it’s always the one that leads to truth. This is what I inspire others to do: to find their way through the heart, to trust their inner guidance, and to live in alignment with their own light.

This is what Awaken Your Inner Light stands for. It is what I stand for.

Life keeps evolving, and so do I. Now rooted on Mallorca, while still connected to Sweden and clients online, my work continues to grow in new directions. No matter the form – a session, a workshop, or a retreat – the essence remains the same: presence, healing, and soul-rooted expansion.

Through Awaken Your Inner Light, I warmly look forward to walking beside you on your journey – wherever you are.
Here on Mallorca, I now also offer hands-on Soul & Body Sessions – intuitive treatments that blend bodywork, energy healing, and deep presence.
And through HEAL in Vaxholm, I continue to hold space for body-based therapy and soulful recovery in Sweden.
