In this journey, we bring together your creativity, energy, inner life and work — not as separate parts, but as one connected whole.
Your wellbeing and inner state influence your clarity, inspiration and ability to create. When the nervous system is under pressure, it can become more difficult to hear your own voice, trust your ideas or know what wants to emerge next.
Together, we create a grounded space where you can slow down, process what is moving within you and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
Through conversation, intuitive guidance, energy healing and deep presence, we explore what may be blocking your creative flow — and what is ready to take shape.
From this place, ideas, decisions and new expressions can begin to move forward with greater clarity, ease and alignment.
The journeyÂ
This is a private journey over time, shaped around you, your creative process and what is unfolding in your life and work.
You can begin with:
3 sessions — for clarity around a specific question, transition or creative direction
6 sessions — for deeper support, integration and sustainable movement forward
8 sessions — for an ongoing creative and personal process, with space for meaningful change to unfold over time
Each session is 90 minutes and primarily held online.
In-person sessions may also take place during my regular Stockholm visits at Hember Studio.
