The journeyÂ
This is a journey over time — not a one-time session.
You can begin with:
3 sessions — for a focused shift
6 sessions — for deeper clarity and integration
8 sessions — for a more expansive transformation and ongoing support
Sessions are 90 minutes and primarily held online.
In-person sessions in Vaxholm (Sweden) may be possible by agreement.
