Soul Guidance is a private, ongoing space where intuitive guidance, energy work, craniosacral therapy, and nervous system regulation support your inner process — gently and in your own rhythm.

Through intuitive conversation and presence, you are supported in hearing what is already within you — your truth, your inner voice, your deeper knowing.
This is a space where nothing needs to be fixed or pushed away.
I hold a grounded, neutral presence and gently reflect what arises — supporting you in reconnecting with your clarity and direction.
You don’t need to know how.
It’s enough to be open.
Energy Work & Craniosacral Therapy — supporting the body’s natural rhythm
In every session, energy work is woven in as a subtle yet powerful support.
Through stillness and presence, the body is invited to soften, let go and reconnect with its natural flow. When we meet in person, craniosacral therapy may also be woven into the process through gentle, attentive touch.
Nothing needs to be forced or figured out. We listen gently to what your body, energy and inner being are ready to release.
When Guidance and Energy Work Intertwine
The sessions move organically between conversation, intuitive guidance, stillness and energy work.
Sometimes words lead the way. At other times, the body opens into a quieter process beyond words. Often, the two naturally meet.
You are held as a whole person — body, nervous system, emotions, energy and inner life.

Structure & Investment
Soul Guidance is a private one-to-one journey held over time.
Each session builds gently upon the previous one, allowing your inner process to unfold in its own rhythm.
The journey is offered in two formats:
4-session Journey
A grounded entry into deeper awareness, guidance and integration.
8-session Journey
A more sustained process with space for deeper embodiment, integration and meaningful change over time.
Each session is 90 minutes and shaped around what is alive in you — with full presence, intuitive attunement and respect for your nervous system and inner timing.
There is no fixed agenda or programme.
Sessions are primarily held online. In-person sessions may also take place during my regular Stockholm visits at Hember Studio.
