Soul Guidance - 1:1 Session is my signature session – an intuitive and profound space for healing, energy, and soul wisdom.

In this session, you are invited to land softly in yourself. A safe and nurturing field is created where body, heart, and soul are allowed to meet. I weave together energy healing, intuitive guidance, and soul reflection – and, when we meet in person, craniosacral therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal.

Every session is unique. Sometimes you may be guided to release what no longer belongs to you, sometimes to find clarity in a decision, or to reconnect with your inner strength and light. Other times it is about replenishing your energy, remembering your deeper wisdom, or simply being held in presence.

Clients often describe a sense of lightness, inner calm, and grounded clarity after a session – as if they can breathe more freely, see more clearly, and return to life with a deeper sense of trust.

Soul Guidance - 1:1 Sessions is offered both online and in person. Wherever we meet, the energy will take you exactly where you need to go – into healing, alignment, and a deeper connection with yourself.
