I am Sofia Saglind, founder of HEAL and the vision behind Awaken Your Inner Light.
For over 20 years, I have supported people through healing, bodywork, and soulful guidance. My work combines craniosacral therapy, energy medicine, and intuitive coaching â always with the intention of restoring balance and helping you reconnect with your inner strength.
HEAL is built on the belief that true healing embraces the whole of you â body, mind, soul, and energy. Through my sessions, courses, and retreats, I create spaces where you can come home to yourself, strengthen your intuition, and awaken the light that already lives within you.
